Our water booster system are very easy to install. We manufacture the system with all the electric and plumbing preinstalled. All that is needed is to supply the incoming power to the control panel and hookup the suction and discharge flanges to their respected lines.

What is a Condensate Pump System?

A condensate system is a system that caputer the excess water the boiler circulates. Once the tank is full the float switch on the system activates the pumps and send the water to the boiler.

How do I repair a boiler feed pumping system?

A.

Repairing our boiler feed pumps is a simple process. The pump must be taken apart. Parts should be sand blasted, cleaned, primed and repainted. New mechanical seals and new gaskets should be replaced. If the motor is making a grinding noise, then the bearing s on the motor should be replaced.

How do I install a Boiler Feed System?

A boiler feed system is connected on the return line of the boiler. The boiler’s low water cutoff call for water from the boiler feed system to supply needed water to the boiler.
